This is an application for anticipatory bail. 2.
The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 981 of 2024 registered at Samta Nagar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(2), 126(2), 309(4), 324(2) and 61(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

According to the first informant, on the date of incident, which took place on 16th December 2024, three unknown persons assaulted him by iron rod due to which he sustained fracture injury to his right leg. According to the prosecution, the first informant was assaulted due to certain business related issues and the present applicant was one of the assailant. 4.

The anticipatory bail is sought on the ground of parity. In support of said ground, the learned counsel for the applicant has produced on record copy of order passed by this Court dated 10th September 2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2466 of 2025. By the said order, this Court has released the co-accused Jeetendra L. Patil on anticipatory bail.

I have perused the charge-sheet. The role attributed to the present applicant and co-accused Jeetendra Patil appears to be identical. Considering the said fact, I am inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. In the result the following order is passed.
ORDER
A) The Application is allowed.
B) In the event of arrest of the applicant in C.R. No. 981 of 2024 registered at Samta Nagar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(2), 126(2), 309(4), 324(2) and 61(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety or two sureties in the like amount.
C) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station from 6th October 2025 to 8th October 2025 in between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. and shall cooperate in the investigation. [N.R.BORKAR, J.] Dinesh S. Sherla 2/2
