At the outset Mr. A.R. Metkari, learned APP states that there are about 08 antecedents.

In view of the above statement Ms. Pooja Agarwal, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant states that as the details of all the antecedents have remained to be incorporated in the Anticipatory Bail Application, she is withdrawing the Anticipatory Bail Application and liberty be granted to file fresh application.
