At the outset, Mr. Mali, learned APP states that as Anticipatory Bail Application is withdrawn before the learned Sessions Court, this Anticipatory Bail Application is not maintainable. However, learned Counsel for the Applicants states that as ad-interim protection has been rejected, the said Anticipatory Bail Application has been withdrawn before the learned Sessions Judge.

Mr. Rizwan, learned Counsel for the Applicants states that in the facts & circumstances, the Applicants will implead the First Anand
