This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.375 of 2025 registered at Samta Nagar Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 376 & 376(2)(n) of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is at present in the United States. Therefore, the present application cannot be entertained unless Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is willing to come to India. He, however, submits that a look out circular is issued against the applicant. It is submitted that in absence of any protection from arrest if the applicant comes to India, he will be arrested.

List the present application on 09.03.2026.
