Mr. Dighe, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that in the FIR although the incident in question took place on 9th August 2025 and FIR has been lodged on 10th August 2025, as there is typographical mistake in the FIR, wherein instead of 9th August 2025, it is mentioned as 9th January 2025 and as the same mistake is also in the paragraph No.7 of the order dated 11th September 2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik Road, Nashik, the contention as recorded in paragraph Sonali

901-ABA-2595-2025.DOC No.5 was nade. He submitted that the said contention as recorded in the order dated 20th September 2025 be deleted. 3.

Accordingly the following contents of Paragraph No.5 of the said order dated 20th September 2025 stands deleted: "and the FIR has been lodged after a period of eight months."

Accordingly, the order dated 20th September 2025 be corrected and corrected order be uploaded.
