Heard Mr. Dighe, learned Counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Metkari, learned APP for the Respondent - State. 2.
The relief sought in this Anticipatory Bail Application is prearrest bail in connection with CR No. 406 of 2025 registered with the Nashik Road Police Station, Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 74 & 78 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ("BNS") and under Sections 8 & 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ("POCSO").

At the outset, Mr. Dighe, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to implead the First Informant/Complainant as party Respondent No. 2. Leave as sought for is granted. Amendment be carried out Anand (corrected vide order dtd. 23.09.2025)

Issue notice to the added Respondent No. 2 returnable on 30.09.2025. In addition to the Court notice, the investigating officer to inform added Respondent No. 2 about the next date of hearing of this Application.

Mr. Dighe, learned Counsel for the Applicant further states that the Applicant is involved in a romantic relationship with Respondent No. 2. Mr. Dighe, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has no Criminal antecedents. In view of the said submission, the Applicant shall not be arrested till the next date. However, the Applicant shall report to the investigating officer of the Nashik Road Police Station, Nashik on 24th to 26th September, 2025 between 10.00 a. m. and 1.00 p. m. and co-operate with the investigation. 6.
Stand over to 30.09.2025 at 3.00 p. m..
