At the outset, Ms. Newton, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State submits that there are two antecedents against the Applicant and the same are not disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application.

In view of the above contention raised by Ms. Newton, learned APP, Ms. Ansari, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving details of all the antecedents.
