At the outset Ms.Yadav, learned APP states that as far as the Applicant is concerned there is an antecedent being CR No. 65/2024 registered under Section 394 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

As there is an antecedent and the same is not disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application, Mr. Kotali, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks to withdraw the Anticipatory Bail
