The present Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the Accused whose earlier Anticipatory Bail Application was rejected on 25.04.2025.

In the present Application, there is a specific mention that Applicant No. 2 has one Criminal antecedent for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("IPC"). So also Applicant No.4 has earlier two Criminal antecedents for the offences punishable under Sections 307 & 328 of the IPC. Two of the Accused have been granted regular bail. The present Applicants are absconding after registration of crime i.e. on 13.02.2025. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants could not show me any Anand
