Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Yadav, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State.

The Applicant by way of the present Application filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS") is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No. 346 of 2025 registered with Saswad Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 324(4), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ("BNS").

Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel submits that the First Informant is Applicant's sister-in-law and the FIR was lodged due to some misunderstanding. He submits that parties have filed Criminal Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 19714 of 2025 seeking quashing. He states that there are no antecedents. 4.

He further states that the First Informant Sheetal Prasad Shinde is personally present in Court. Said Sheetal Shinde, First Informant states that due to some misunderstanding the FIR was lodged.

The parties are closely related. There are no antecedents. 6.

Accordingly, the case is made out for grant of Anticipatory Bail.In view thereof, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Vivek Tulshiram Shinde in connection with C.R. No. 346 of 2025 registered with Saswad Police Station, Pune the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with

one or two sureties in the like amount.

(b) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.
