This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.

The applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No. 665 of 2025 registered at Nirmal Nagar Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2), 118(1), 115(2), 189(2), 191(2), 190 & 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.

On the date of incident, which took place on 09.09.2025, a dispute arose between the first informant on one side and the applicants and the other co-accused on the other side on account of previous enmity between them. It is alleged that during the said dispute, the present applicants and other co1/3

accused assaulted to the first informant and others including his father with wooden sticks etc. due to which they sustained grievous injuries.

4.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

5.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is a cross FIR in relation to the incident in question. It is submitted that there are no other criminal antecedents against the applicant No.1.

6.

On the other hand, the learned APP for the respondentState submits that the applicants assaulted the first informant and others with wooden stick. It is submitted that the applicant No.2 is involved in one more crime.

7.

Admittedly, there is a cross FIR in relation to the alleged incident. The motive for the alleged incident is attributed to the co-accused. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory bail. In the result, the following order is passed :
