Learned APP for the respondent/State has drawn my attention to the order passed by this court dated 27th January 2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 3581 of 2024, by which the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the present applicant was allowed to be withdrawn. The said order reads thus: "1.
After the matter was argued for some time, Mr.Phulwani, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instruction, submits that he seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Anticipatory Bail Application.
