This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. 2.

By the notice dated 15th September 2025 issued by the Economic Offence Wing-1, Gurugram, the applicants are called upon to appear for the purpose of investigation in connection with Complaint Application No.17760/CP/2025/APR dated 10th September 2025. The said notice is annexed as Exhibit-D to the present application (at page No. 29).

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants apprehend that they will be arrested if they appear pursuant to the above notice. The learned counsel for the applicants has drawn my attention to the complaint lodged against the applicants. It is submitted that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that no cause of action has arisen within the territorial Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

915-aba-2706-25.doc jurisdiction of Gurugram to file the complaint there. 4.

Admittedly, no crime is yet registered. Thus, to enable the applicants to approach the jurisdictional Court, I am inclined to protect them for a period of three weeks. In the result, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

A] The Application is allowed.

B] In the event of arrest of the applicants in the crime if registered pursuant to the complaint in question, then they shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount for a period of three weeks from today. C] The protection granted to the applicants shall come to an end after expiry of three weeks. During the said period of three weeks, the applicants shall approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief.
