This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. 2.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 52 of 2025 registered with New Market Police Station, Kolkata for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned counsel for the applicant has drawn my attention to the copy of the complaint lodged by the first informant. It is submitted that there are no specific allegations against the present applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the dispute between the parties is of civil nature. It is submitted that there are no other criminal antecedents against the present applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that to enable the applicant to approach Dinesh S. 918-aba-2710-25.doc the jurisdictional court for anticipatory bail, the applicant be protected for the period of three weeks.

Considering the nature of allegations, the investigation is not likely to be hampered, if the applicant is protected for three weeks. There are no other criminal antecedents against the applicant. Considering these facts, I am inclined to protect the applicant for a period of three weeks. In the result, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

A] The Application is allowed.

B] In the event of arrest of applicant in Crime No.52 of 2025 registered with New Market Police Station, Kolkata for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, he shall be released on bail on execution of P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount for a period of three weeks.

C] The protection granted to the applicant shall come to an end after expiry of three weeks. During the said period of three weeks, the applicant shall approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief.
