By this application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.116 of 2025 registered on 5th August 2025, with Loni Kalbhor Police Station, Pune City, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 189, 191(2), 193(3), 190, 125 (b) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023
("B.N.S."), Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 37(1) and 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, 1951. 3.
As per the prosecution case, there are total 20 Accused persons involved in the crime and they are belonging to the same family. As per the prosecution case, some altercations took place between the children staying in the same locality and therefore, elders went there to resolve their dispute and altercation also started between the elders.

This is a case where cross F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.115 of 2025 is registered with Loni Karbhor Police Station under Sections 109, 189, 191(2), 191(3), 190, 125 (b) of B.N.S., Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 37(1) and 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, 1951. The said F.I.R. is lodged against about 15 persons. 5.
As far as the 20 Accused persons, who are involved in the present crime, eight have been either released on regular bail or on anticipatory bail.

In any case, the Charge-sheet is filed and the investigation is completed. The injuries are simple in nature. Although there are
antecedents, however, antecedents are of the years 2014, 2015 and 2017. Thus by imposing conditions, the case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the Applicant is entitled to pre-arrest bail, on the following conditions :
O R D E R
(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicant - Ali Akram Irani Ali Manzor Jafri be released on bail in C.R. No.116 of 2025 registered on 5th August 2025, with Loni Kalbhor Police Station, Pune City, on his executing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- and also furnishing one or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a week i.e. on Sunday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till framing of the Charge. (iii) The Applicant shall furnish his cell phone number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and
shall keep the same updated, in case of any change thereto.
(iv) The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat, or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such a person from disclosing the facts to the Court or to any Police personnel.
(v) The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not contact or influence the Complainant, or any witness, in any manner.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
