At the outset, Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, states that Applicant No.1 who is Accused No.2 has five criminal antecedents and Applicant No.2 who is Accused No.6 has one criminal antecedent. She submits that except one antecedent against the Accused No.2 the details of other antecedents are not mentioned in the Anticipatory Bail Application. 2.

In view of the said contention raised by Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving particulars of all the criminal antecedents.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as sought.
