Digitally signed by ARJUN VITTHAL KUDHEKAR Date:

CORAM:
MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.
DATED:
16 OCTOBER 2025 PC:- 1.
Heard Mr. Surana, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Yadav, learned APP for the Respondent-State of Maharashtra.
2.
By this Anticipatory Bail Application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.314 of 2025 registered with the Sahakarnagar Police Station, Pune City, for the offences punishable under Sections 189(1), 189(2), 189(4), 191(1), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 4 and 25 of
the Arms Act, 1959, Section 135, 37(3) and 37(1) of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 and Section 7 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013.
3.
It is the main contention of Mr. Surana, learned Counsel for the Applicant that all the allegations are against Accused No.1 i.e. Rohan Yadav. In fact, the recovery is also at the instance of the Accused No.1. The Accused No.1 has been arrested and released on regular bail. Mr. Surana, learned Counsel submits that as far as role alleged against the present Applicant is concerned, the Applicant was merely present when the incident took place. 4.
Ms. Yadav, learned APP strongly opposes the Anticipatory Bail Application.
5.
Perusal of the record shows that the role which is attributed to the present Applicant is that he was present when the incident took place. There is no other role attributed to the present Applicant. There are no criminal antecedents against the Applicant.
6.
Accordingly, the case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. In view thereof, the following Order is passed:
O R D E R
(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Siddhant Chandrakant Bhujbal in connection with CR No. 314 of 2025 registered with the Sahakarnagar Police Station, Pune City, he be released on bail on his furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. 7.
The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of accordingly. [MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.]
