This Anticipatory Bail Application is total abuse of the process of law. The First Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the Applicant has been allowed to be withdrawn by a learned Single Judge (Coram : R.N. Laddha, J.) by order dated 19th June 2025 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 769 of 2025. The Second Anticipatory Bail Application being Anticipatory Bail Application No.2436 of 2025 has been filed without disclosing about the First Anticipatory Bail Application, which was withdrawn by the Applicant. On 08th September 2025 as this Court was not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2346 of 2025 the said Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2436 of 2025 has been

Immediately, within less than one month of the said order being passed, the Applicant has filed third Anticipatory Bail Application i.e. the present Application bearing Anticipatory Bail Application No.2801 of 2025 without disclosing that he has filed earlier above referred two Anticipatory Bail Applications and the same were allowed to be withdrawn.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant states that he is not at all aware that the earlier Anticipatory Bail Applications were filed and the same were allowed to be withdrawn. 4.

Thus, in the above facts and circumstances the Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed.
