The Immigration Bureau has tendered on record the application seeking recall of the order dated 10.10.2025 passed by this Court in above anticipatory bail application. By the said order, this court directed the Bureau of Immigration not to hand over the custody of the applicant to the police personnel from the concerned police station for a period of one week. It be registered as Interim Application.
