At the outset, Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP states that the Applicant has not complied with the conditions mentioned in paragraph no.7 of the Order dated 16th October 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2894 of 2025.

Ms. Jadhav, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 states that the Applicant has on earlier two occasions also acted similarly as per the present C.R. No. 202 of 2025 registered with Taloja Police Station, Navi Mumbai and sent pictures of the victim alongwith the Applicants to the relatives.

Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP states that when the Applicant has been called for investigation, he avoided to join the investigation on the ground that he is in Uttar Pradesh. 4.

In view of these submissions, the Applicant is directed to remain present in this Court on 26th November 2025 at 11.00 a.m. 5.

It is made clear that if the Applicant fails to remain present in this Court on 26th November 2025, then ad-interim protection granted by this Court stands vacated forthwith and the said fact will be taken into consideration while deciding the Anticipatory Bail Application.
