At the outset, Mr. Abhijeet Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that although the present Application is filed as Anticipatory Bail Application, it is a Criminal Application. 2.
Accordingly, Registry to take appropriate steps. 3.
Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel states that by the present Application, the Applicant is seeking permission to travel at Dubai in the first week of November 2025 and will return in last week of December 2025. He states that the Application is filed pursuant to Clause (f) of paragraph 8 of the Order dated 1st October 2025 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2731 of 2025 of this Dusane
911 ABA 2911.25.DOC Court. However, by the said Clause (f), it has been directed that the Applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court. Obviously the said Court is the learned Trial Court. 4.
