Learned Counsel for the Applicant has drawn my attention to the notice issued by the CBI (ACB) under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. It is submitted that the Applicant is ready and willing to appear before the investigating officer of CBI (ACB). 2.

In that view of the matter, list the present Application on 07th November 2025.

The Applicant shall appear before the concerned investigating officer on 28th October 2025 and 29th October 2025 and shall cooperate in the investigation.

Till the next date, the Applicant shall not be arrested. 5.
