Mr. Anilkumar Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application.

Mr. Anilkumar Patil, learned Counsel submits that the Applicant will surrender within a period of one week from today. He further submits that the Applicant will file regular Bail Application and as the Applicant is ready and willing to deposit the entire amount which he has received in his account i.e. Rs.11,21,300/-, concerned Court be directed to dispose of the regular Bail Application expeditiously.

Accordingly, if the Applicant surrenders within a period of one week from today and files regular Bail Application, concerned Court is requested to dispose of the said Bail Application expeditiously.

However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
