This is an application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita filed by the aforesaid Applicants apprehending their arrest in C. R. No.164/2025 dated 4th August, 2025 registered with Kharadi Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 318(2), 318(3), 318(4), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 13(1) of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act, 1963. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present before the Court, states that, the Investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed on 14th October, 2025.

Considering the fact that the investigation is completed and the presence of the Applicants is not required for further custodial interrogation, interim protection is granted till 17th November, 2025 with liberty to the Applicant to take appropriate steps before the trial Court. 4.
