Ms. Yadav, learned APP, states that the statement made in the Anticipatory Bail Application that the Applicants have no criminal antecedents and criminal record is totally false. She submits that there are several cases in which the Applicants are involved including cases where the provisions of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 have been invoked. She submits that as far as Applicant No.1 is concerned there are 9 antecedents and as far as Applicant No.2 is concerned there are 21 antecedents. However, Mr. Jagtap, learned Counsel for the Applicants, contends that both the Applicants have no antecedents.
