Present Applications for Anticipatory Bail filed by the applicants in respect of C. R. No.464/2025 registered with Trombay Police Station, Mumbai under Section 189(2), 1902, 192, 196, 197, 223 of BNS, 2023 and Sections 37(1)(a), 37(3) and 135 of Maharashtra Police Act. Learned Advocate for the Applicants submit that, the Applicants have filed Anticipatory Bail Applications bearing Registration No.102082/2025 and 102074/2025 on 16th October, 2025 before the Additional Sessions Judge, ...2/-
In-charge of C. R. No. 24, City Civil & Sessions Court, Mumbai. That, the said matters are scheduled to be listed before the Court on 1st November, 2025. Learned Advocate for the Applicants submit that, the Applications filed by the other co-accused being Application No.2071/2025 and 2072/2025 are pending before the same Court i.e. the Additional Sessions Judge, In-charge of C. R. No. 24, City Civil & Sessions Court, Mumbai. She submits that, vide order dated 18th October 2025, the learned Additional Judge in Sessions Court has directed that the Investigating Officer or any other police officer of Trombay Police Station should not take any coercive steps against the applicants therein till 27th October, 2025. The said applications are adjourned to 27th October, 2025. The Advocate of the Applicants in the present matter pray for similar protection order.

Learned APP appearing for the State, on instruction of PI Tanaji Rode of Trombay Police Station states that, no coercive steps will be taken against Applicants till 1st November, 2025 i.e. next date of hearing of Anticipatory Bail Applications bearing Registration No.102082/2025 and 102074/2025.

The Applicant in ABA-2977/2025 i.e. Satyam Yadav is directed to remain present before the Investigating Officer on 29th October, 2025 and 30th October, 2025 in between 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. ...3/-

Needless to state here that, the learned Sessions Court shall decide the applications on their own merits. This Court has not considered the applications on merit nor expressed any opinion in the matter. In view aforesaid, both applications are disposed off. (RANJITSINHA RAJA BHONSALE, J.)
