Pursuant to the order dated 2nd December 2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.6289 of 2025, Mr. Nikhil Kamble, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2980 of 2025 seeks clarification of the order dated 12th November 2025. He submits that as the provisions of Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 were invoked, the Anticipatory Bail Application No.2980 of 2025 was mentioned on 11th November 2025 seeking withdrawal of the same and accordingly, on 12th November 2025, the Anticipatory Bail Application was listed before this Court under the caption of "withdrawal".
