Heard Mr.Gharbudave for the Applicant and Mr.Haldankar, learned A.P.P. for the State. Perused the Application and the Injury Certificate handed over by the learned A.P.P.

A perusal of the Injury Certificate indicates that the Complainant, at the time of informing the history of assault to the treating doctor, has stated that he has been assaulted by 3-4 goons. Contrary to this statement, the Complainant has named the accused persons. Considering the said Injury Certificate and the complaint filed by the Applicant, I am inclined to grant ad-interim protection in favour of the Applicant till 6th November 2025. 3.

Accordingly, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) only till 6th November 2025.

The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 27th, 29th, 31st October 2025 and 3rd and 5th November 2025.

During this period, the Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and shall not contact any witnesses.

Stand over to 6th November 2025.
