Heard the Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. The order impugned in the present application is passed by the Trial Court on 04.10.2025 and was signed on 09.10.2025. According to the Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant, the order was uploaded on 10.10.2025, and the certified copy of the order was made available only on 17.10.2025. The Learned Advocate submitted that by the order dated 28.08.2025 passed
by the Trial Court, the Applicant was protected and the same protection be continued in the facts and circumstances of the present case. 2.
The Learned Advocate appearing for the Complainant opposed the request on the ground that papers and proceedings of the present application have not been served on the Complainant. Therefore, the Applicant be directed to serve a copy of the present application along with the documents. 3.
The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that the order dated 28.08.2025 was passed in peculiar facts and circumstances. The impugned order passed by the Trial Court on 04.10.2025 is after considering all the aspects of the matter. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the gravity of the offence committed by the Applicant, the Trial Court has refused the Anticipatory Bail Application. In view thereof, the Learned Advocate appearing for the Complainant and the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter be listed in the first week of November, 2025, and the interim protection should not be extended. 4.
Considering the fact that the Applicant was protected by the order dated 28.08.2025, place the matter on the cause list dated 03.11.2025.
