This is an Application for anticipatory bail. MUGDHA MANOJ PARANJAPE 2.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application. The Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Learned Counsel for the Applicant however submits that sister of the Applicant has expired on 07th November 2025. It is submitted that the Applicant be granted ten days time to surrender so that the Applicant can perform post death rituals of his sister. The Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant will surrender on 21st November 2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the Applicant shall not be arrested till 21st November 2025.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
