However, as the Court is not inclined to grant the Anticipatory Bail to the Applicant No.1- Vijay Haridas Phalke, on instructions of the Applicant No.1, she seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application against Applicant No.1-Vijay Phalke.

As far as Applicant No.1- Vijay Haridas Phalke is concerned, Mr. Patil, learned Counsel states that the Applicant No.1 will surrender to the Police on 24th November 2025. 3.

Stand over to 27th November 2025 for consideration of Anticipatory Bail Application of Applicant No.2- Poonam Vijay Phalke.
