Learned APP submits that, Applicant has not co-operated with the investigating agency. Incorrect and misleading information has been provided by the Applicant. The Applicant attended the police station on 27th October, 2025 and 28th October, 2025, but did not furnish the required information. Learned APP submits that, even as of 29th October, 2025 the required information was not submitted.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the interim protection granted by order dated 24th October, 2025 is vacated.
