The Applicant is apprehending his arrest for the offences punishable under Section 132 of the CGST Act.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is ready and willing to appear before the concerned authority pursuant to the summons issued to the Applicant at Page No.25 of the Application. It is submitted that the Applicant is not the director of the Company mentioned in the summons.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant shall appear before the concerned authority on 21st November 2025 and thereafter as and when called by the concerned authority and shall cooperate in the inquiry. Mugdha
