This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. 2.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.35 of 2024 registered at Chennai City Cyber Crime Police Station, Delta - 1, Chennai, State of Tamil Nadu for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 of of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant has drawn my attention to the Notice issued to the present applicant under Section 35(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) by the Investigating Officer. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is willing to appear before the Investigating Officer and cooperate in the investigation. 922-aba-3002-25.doc jurisdictional Sessions Court, the applicant be protected for a period of four weeks.

The fact of issuance of the Notice would indicate that there is no need of immediate custodial interrogation of the applicant. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to protect the applicant for a period of four weeks. In the result, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

A] The Application is allowed.

B] In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.35 of 2024 registered at Chennai City Cyber Crime Police Station, Delta -1 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 of of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, he shall be released on bail on execution of P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount for a period of four weeks. C] The protection granted to the applicant shall come to an end after expiry of four weeks from today. During the said period of four weeks, the applicant shall approach the jurisdictional Sessions Court for appropriate relief. [N.R.BORKAR, J.] Dinesh S. Sherla 2/2
