Mr. Rishikesh Mishra, learned Counsel states that the Anticipatory Bail Application is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Court and the next date is 11th November 2025. Learned Counsel states that the Applicant is working as a teacher for last 17 years and as the Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the Applicant on 23rd September 2025 is not yet decided and therefore, the Applicant is not in a position to attend her Service. He further states that the Indira National School where the Applicant is working as a teacher has issued notice for
disciplinary action. Learned Counsel therefore seeks limited protection.

Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, strongly opposes the Anticipatory Bail Application.

In view of above circumstances, learned Additional Sessions Judge is requested to dispose of the Criminal Bail Application No.6499 of 2025 filed by the Applicant, on or before 31st December 2025. Till the disposal of the said Criminal Bail Application, no coercive steps be taken against the Applicant on the condition that the Applicant will completely co-operate with the investigation and shall not tamper the evidence.

It is clarified that this Order is passed in peculiar circumstances and the learned Additional Sessions Judge shall decide the Anticipatory Bail Application without being influenced by this Order granting limited protection to the Applicant.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in above terms.
