At the outset, Ms. Yadav, learned APP points out that there is antecedent being C.R. No.413 of 2022 registered with Yeola Police Station, Nashik Rural, Nashik and the same has not been disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application.

In view of the above contention of Ms. Yadav, learned APP, Mr. Pandi Kasar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving all the particulars of the antecedent.
