Heard Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants and Ms. Mulekar, learned APP for the State. 2.
At the outset, Mr. Pawar, states that the Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the Applicants is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, however, the present Application is filed as interim protection has not been granted to the Applicants.

Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel states that the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 7155 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune by 12 Applicants. However, interim protection is granted only to the Applicant Nos. 4 to 12 and not granted to the present Applicants i.e. Applicant Nos. 1 to 3 in said Anticipatory Bail Application No. 7155 of 2025. He states that said Anticipatory Bail Application has been kept for hearing on 11th November 2025 and till disposal of said Application, the Applicants be protected. He relies on the Order dated 10th October 2025 passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2692 of 2025. He states that although huge amounts are involved as far as the present Applicants are concerned, however, the reasoning as set out in said Order dated 10th October 2025 is applicable. He further states that all the Applicants have repaid substantial loan amount.

Ms. Mulekar, learned APP strongly opposes granting prearrest bail to the Applicants. 5.
However, as the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 7155 of 2025 is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge,
Pune, in the facts and circumstances, it is necessary to protect the Applicants till disposal of the said Anticipatory Bail Application. 6.
Accordingly, the following Order is passed:
O R D E R
(i) In the event of arrest, the Applicants- 1) Tushar Bhikoba Kidre, 2) Vaishali Tushar Kindre and 3) Vikram Bhikoba Kindre be released on bail in C.R. No. 107 of 2025, registered with Bhor Police Station, Pune Rural on executing P.R. bonds of Rs.50,000/- each and furnishing one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The Applicants shall attend office of the E.O.W., Pune Rural once in a month i.e. on first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
(iii) The Applicants shall furnish their cell phone numbers and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep the same updated, in case of any change thereto.
(iv) The Applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat, or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such a person from disclosing the facts to the Court or to any Police personnel.
(v) The Applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not contact or influence the Complainant, or any witness, in any manner.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune is requested to dispose of said Anticipatory Bail Application No.7155 of 2025 on or before 31st December 2025. The said Anticipatory Bail Application be disposed of without influenced by the protection granted by this Order.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
