At the outset, Ms. Mulekar, learned APP states that there is one antecedent being C.R. No.1477 of 2020 registered with Hadapsar Police Station and same has not been disclosed in this Anticipatory Bail Application.

In view of said contention raised by Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, Mr. Rajput, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving all the details of the antecedents.
