At the outset, Ms. Newton, learned APP submits that the Criminal Bail Applications are still pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vadgaon Maval, Pune bearing Criminal Bail Application No.402 of 2025 (Applicant-Pooja Hemant Wadekar) and Criminal Bail Application No.403 of 2025(ApplicantSarthak Dnyandev Patekar) and therefore, the Anticipatory Bail Applications be not entertained.

Mr. Shivarkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that although the Criminal Bail Applications are pending, the interim protection has not been granted. He submits that the Applicant-Sarthak Patekar is a Student and the Applicant-Pooja Wadekar is housewife aged 34 years. He submits that the incident has taken place on a spur of the moment and there is cross complaint.

However, as the Criminal Bail Application No.402 of 2025 and Criminal Bail Application No.403 of 2025 are pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vadgaon Maval, Pune, it is not necessary to consider the merits.

Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vadgaon Maval, Pune is requested to dispose of both these Criminal Bail Applications expeditiously by 31st January 2026.

Till the disposal of the said Criminal Bail Applications, no coercive steps be taken against the Applicants, on the condition that the Applicants will attend the concerned Police Station as and when called and they will co-operate with the investigation.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Applications are disposed of in above terms.

It is clarified that, this Court has not considered the merits and the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vadgaon Maval, Pune shall decide the said Criminal Bail Applications on its own merits without being influenced by this limited protection granted to the Applicants.
