By this Anticipatory Bail Application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.244 of 2025 registered with the Baramati City Police Station, District - Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that there are cross FIRs. The only role attributed to the present Applicant is
that he was present at the time of incident holding sickle in his hand. There is no active role attributed to the Applicant. He submits that there are no criminal antecedents against the Applicant. He submits that charge-sheet is filed. 4.
Ms. Gajre, learned APP strongly opposes the Application. She submits that the Applicant has played active role and there are grievous injuries on the vital part of injured. 5.
Perusal of the record shows that the only role attributed to the present Applicant is that he was present at the time of incident holding sickle in his hand. There is no active role attributed to the Applicant. There are no antecedents. As the charge-sheet is filed, the investigation is completed.

Accordingly, the case is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. In view thereof, the following Order is passed:
O R D E R
(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant - Bappu Rambhau Dhotare in connection with CR No.244 of 2025 registered with the Baramati City Police Station, District-Pune, he be released on bail on his furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two
solvent sureties in the like amount.
(b) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.
(c) The Applicant shall furnish his cell phone number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep the same updated, in case of any change thereto.
(d) The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat, or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such a person from disclosing the facts to the Court or to any Police personnel.
(e) The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not contact or influence the Complainant or any witness in any manner.
