Considering the fact that the notices were issued to the applicants under Section 35(3) of B.N.S.S., the applicants shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on 26th and 27th November 2025 from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall cooperate in the investigation.

List the applications on 8th December 2025.

The applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 3127 of 2025 shall deposit the amount of Rs.25,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court before the next date.
