The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, to honour the statement made before this Court on 24.11.2025, the applicant has deposited in her bank account of Rs.29,00,000/- on 27.11.2025 with a view to obtain demand draft of Rs.25,00,000/-. It is submitted that the applicant was not aware that her account was already frozen. It is submitted that the applicant therefore Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

32-aba-3119-2025.doc could not deposit the amount of Rs.25,00,000/- before this Court in terms of the order dated 24.11.2025.
