The matter is moved by the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant for Speaking to Minutes/Modification of the condition No.7(b) of the order dated 21st November 2025. The said condition No.7(b) reads as under "(b) The Applicant shall attend the Baramati Police Station, Pune Rural, Pune on every Sunday between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet and shall cooperate with the investigation. In addition, the Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called." Sonali

Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that on 21st November 2025 when the said order was passed, it has been brought to the notice of the Court that the Applicant has undergone Spinal Cord surgery and therefore, he is not permitted to travel therefore, the Applicant be directed to attend the concerned Police Station as and when called. 3.

Accordingly, the clause No.7(b) of the order dated 21st November 2025 is modified as follow:

"(b) The Applicant shall attend the Baramati Police Station, Pune Rural, Pune as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall cooperate with the investigation."

Accordingly, the clause No.7(b) of the order dated 21st November 2025 be modified/corrected and modified/corrected order be uploaded.
