At the outset, Ms. Gajare, learned APP states that there are 3 antecedents being C.R. No.106 of 2022 and C.R. No.497 of 2021 registered with Chakan Police Station, District Pune and C.R. No.21 of 2017 registered with Umbraj Police Station, District Satara and that all these antecedents are not disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application.

In view of the said contention raised by Ms. Gajare, learned APP, Mr. Alhat, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory
