Learned Counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to implead the first informant as a party Respondent to the present Application. Leave as prayed for is granted. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the Respondent-first informant, returnable on 09th December 2025.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that according to the prosecution the co-accused, who defrauded the first informant to the tune of Rs.1,10,00,000/-, had transferred an amount of Rs.40,00,000/- to the bank accounts of the present Applicants. It is submitted that the said amount was transferred towards bona fide business transactions between the Applicants and co-accused. It is submitted that even otherwise the Mugdha
2 911-ABA 3194-25.doc investigating officer has instructed the bank to freeze the said accounts and at present the amount of Rs.25,00,000/- is lying in the said accounts. 4.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, till the next date the Applicants shall not be arrested.
