At the outset, Ms. Mulekar, learned APP states that, the Applicant has one more antecedent being C.R. No.328 of 2025 registered with Yeola Police Station, District - Nashik which has not been disclosed in the present Anticipatory Bail Application. 2.

In view of the said contention raised by Ms. Mulekar, learned APP, Mr. Chetan Damre, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with leave to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving particulars of all the antecedents.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with leave as sought.

No coercive steps be taken against the Applicant for a period of one week from today.
