Heard Ms. Ansari, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants and Ms. Gajre, learned APP for the State. 2.

Ms. Ansari, learned Counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants are seeking very limited protection till Criminal Bail Application No. 7799 of 2025 filed in the Court of the learned District and Additional Additional Sessions Judge, Pune is decided. She submits that the Applicants are bonafide purchasers and in support of her contention, points out factual aspects which are mentioned in paragraph No.4 of the Anticipatory Bail Application.

She submits that the Applicants are Accused Nos. 24 and 26 and the bonafide purchasers.

Ms. Gajre, learned APP strongly opposes the Anticipatory Bail Application.

However, in any case, the Criminal Bail Application filed by the Applicants is pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, and therefore it is not necessary to consider the merits.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune is requested to dispose of said Bail Application No. 7799 of 2025 expeditiously. 6.

Till the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune decides the Bail Application No. 7799 of 2025, no coercive steps be taken against the Applicants.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and interim protection is granted till the disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application filed by the Applicants in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of accordingly. (MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.)
