At the outset, Mr. Metkari, learned APP states that there are about 12 antecedents and the same are not set out in the Anticipatory Bail Application.

Mr. Dube Patil, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that they are vaguely referred to by mentioning that there are no criminal antecedents except for cases filed for political vendetta, however, he states that the Applicant will file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving details of all the antecedents and therefore seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application.
