Ms. Gajre, learned APP points out statement of one witness recorded on 14th November 2025 wherein the witness has stated that the present Applicant has threatened him not to give statement in support of the prosecution case, otherwise, said witness would be involved in the false case.

Mr. Jahagirdar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant denies that the Applicant has given such threat. He states that the Applicant will remain present in the Court tomorrow. 3.

Stand over to 4th December 2025. Till tomorrow no coercive steps be taken against the Applicant.
