Pursuant to the Order dated 3rd December 2025, the Applicant- Sagar Punjabrao Deshmukh is personally present in the Court.

Mr. Jahagirdar, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that although the learned APP has pointed out statement of witness, who has stated that the present Applicant has threatened him not to give any statement in support of the prosecution case, however, in fact the said witness has called the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant is ready and willing to co-operate with the investigation.

Mr. Jahagirdar, learned Counsel submits that the Applicant will completely co-operate with the investigation. 4.

Accordingly, the Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 10th December, 2025, 11th December 2025 and 12th December 2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and co-operate with the investigation.

Stand over to 15th December 2025. To be shown fairly high on board.

Till next date, no coercive steps be taken against the Applicant.
